About Us
A foundation built on belonging
Registered in Australia and actively operating in both Australia and Kenya — working with schools, multicultural communities, youth groups, workplaces, families, religious institutions and professionals.
Our Story
The Wellness Diary Foundation was founded by Seth Nyabere from a passion to create communities where conversations about mental health are welcomed rather than avoided. Recognising that stigma, lack of education, and limited access to culturally appropriate resources continue to affect many communities, the Foundation was established to provide practical education, meaningful conversations, and safe spaces for healing.
Registered in Australia and actively operating in both Australia and Kenya, the Foundation works with schools, multicultural communities, youth groups, workplaces, families, religious institutions and professionals — while building partnerships that progressively extend its impact globally.
Mission
To create awareness, provide education, and foster supportive environments that promote mental wellbeing, resilience, healing, and personal growth globally.
Vision
A world where mental health is understood, openly discussed, and supported through education, inclusion, healing, and community connection.
